Pediatric Care Finder is not a healthcare provider, insurance company, Medicaid agency, WIC agency, or government agency.

Pediatric Care Finder does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns. Do not use Pediatric Care Finder for medical emergencies. Seek emergency medical care when needed.

Use of Pediatric Care Finder does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare-provider relationship. Pediatric Care Finder is an informational provider-search service only.

Pediatric Care Finder does not credential, approve, recommend, rank, or endorse healthcare providers merely because they appear in search results.

Provider information may come from public records, healthcare organizations, government datasets, providers, third-party data sources, or other publicly available sources.

Pediatric Care Finder also relies on third-party services for maps, hosting, infrastructure, security, and — if enabled — analytics. Your use of those features may also be governed by those companies’ terms and privacy policies.

Pediatric Care Finder contains Google Maps features and content, including maps, place details, office hours, ratings, and geocoded locations. By using Pediatric Care Finder, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which incorporate the Google Terms of Service.

Google’s handling of information in connection with those features is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Map, place, and location content is provided by Google and is not created or verified by Pediatric Care Finder.

Google attribution is displayed wherever Google’s platform rules require it. You may not hide, remove, obscure, modify, or interfere with that attribution.

You may not misuse Pediatric Care Finder, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape substantial amounts of data without permission, or use Pediatric Care Finder unlawfully.

Pediatric Care Finder’s original branding, site design, written content, software, graphics, logos, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party provider information, trademarks, maps, government data, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Pediatric Care Finder is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that all directory information is accurate, complete, or continuously available. To the extent allowed by law, Pediatric Care Finder is not responsible for healthcare decisions, provider actions, treatment outcomes, insurance decisions, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pediatric Care Finder and its operator will not be liable for damages resulting from reliance on provider-directory information, provider availability, provider conduct, insurance or Medicaid participation, third-party services, inaccurate information, service interruptions, or healthcare decisions made based on information obtained through Pediatric Care Finder.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Pediatric Care Finder may modify, suspend, discontinue, correct, or update any part of the service or directory information at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Pediatric Care Finder is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information through the service.
